Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Most of my clients aren't. I'm bonded and insured, and I'll arrange a key, lockbox, or garage code — whatever works. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — microfiber cloths, vacuum, mop, and cleaners. If you'd prefer I use your products (scent preferences, allergies, specific surfaces), just tell me and I will.

Both. A lot of clients start with a one-time deep clean and switch to recurring once they see the difference. No pressure either way.
