Condition.A home on a recurring schedule is a different job than one that hasn’t been cleaned in a year. I price the first deep clean higher, then recurring comes down.
Frequency. Weekly saves 15%, bi-weekly 10%, monthly 5% off the base rate. Recurring is where the real value is.
Extras. Inside oven, inside fridge, laundry, interior windows — all quoted transparently when you ask.
